The above rates are based on a student starting school on September 8, 2009. Yearly tuition and installment amounts may vary due to the student's actual start date. |

Registration Process
In order to complete the registration process we will need the following for each child you desire to enroll: Re-Enrollment & Enrollment Applications 
- A completed Calvary Christian Academy Enrollment Application
- Your Application Fee of $50.00 (Note: Non-refundable & Non-transferable)
- A copy of your child's Birth Certificate
- A copy of your child's Social Security Card
- A copy of your child's most recent report card (if applicable)
- A completed copy of the Release of Records Form
- A copy of your child's most recent physical results
- A copy of your child's Immunization Record
